No matter where you live in the world we will charge you a flat $6.50 for shipping and handling for any orders under $60.
If your order comes to more than $60 you will qualify for FREE shipping.
Order confirmation emails
As soon as you confirm your order an automated confirmation email will be sent. This allows you to check the accuracy of your order and shipping address.
If you don’t receive this email soon after placing the order, please check your junk mail folder. If it is not in there you may have entered an incorrect email address or the email may have been blocked by your email service provider. Please use the Contact Us page to send us a message if you have any concerns about your order, or you have not received a confirmation email.
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being processed. When your order is dispatched we send a further email to confirm this.
How is my order sent?
Your order is dispatched using New Zealand Post priority airmail.
When will my order arrive?
It generally takes 2 days to arrive in the country of destination. Delivery then usually takes between 4 and 8 business days, with the following averages:
- In the USA it is between 5 - 10 business days.
- In Canada delivery can regularly take 10 – 20 business days due to Customs delays.
- The UK can be as short as 3 - 10 business days.
- The rest of the world can vary between 5 - 15 business days.
Delivery can also be delayed in many countries in December and January due to postal system congestion.
What if my order goes missing?
There is no risk to you!
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after it is dispatched, please notify us. We will replace any lost order free of charge.
In most cases the replacement can be shipped after 15 business days, however in the case of some countries, or during holiday periods we may need to allow another week or so for delivery of the original order.
Can I ship using Courier?
Please contact us for details if you would like to use this option.
In the case of some countries/regions courier is the recommended or only option. These include Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, Africa etc).
Canadian customers often choose this option due to long Customs delays with postal orders.
The cost is $34.00 for orders less than $60 and $27.50 for orders over $60.
