One of the burdens our New Zealand customers have to bear is a local added tax, GST (goods and services tax), sometimes referred to as VAT (value added tax) in other countries and/or sales tax in yet other places.

Fortunately this tax DOES NOT apply to any of our international customers as all exported product from New Zealand is exempt from any form of taxes.

But, for those customers resident in NZ, the GST is about to increase from 12.5% to 15%.

The purpose of this blog entry is to let you know that we will absorb this increase so there will be no adjustment to the cost of your regular order.
