    What is the quantity of each organ, in a week's course?

    If you're taking the recommended 6 capsules daily, you will be accessing the benefits of almost 120 grams or over 4 ounces of organs.

    This breaks down as around 12 grams/0.4 ounces of liver, 2.9 grams/0.1 ounces of kidney, 1.9 grams/0.07 ounces each of pancreas and heart, and 1 gram/0.04 ounces of heart.

    Over a week, this equates to over 120 grams or 4 ounces of animal organs, the equivalent of a healthy serving.

    Experts generally recommend 2-3 servings of liver or organs weekly for optimum nutritional intake, and there are no issues with taking more - so if you eat no organ meats generally, you can increase the intake.

    False claims around issues with Organ Meats

    This is one of the most damaging misunderstandings in the wellness space today. Yes, we have been told that organ meats are high in cholesterol and that we should avoid them.
